New Horizons Computer Learning Center
Interested in computer programming, but you’re not sure if you want to go to a traditional (and sometimes expensive) 4 year university? Sometimes that kind of school isn’t the answer. Sometimes the answer lies within specialization.
If you are interested in programming for the Windows platform, using some of the best languages around, check out New Horizons Computer learning Center. Campuses offer training in developing Microsoft Windows applications using C# (C-Sharp) or Visual Basic. In addition to this, you can train as a Microsoft Office Specialist, or as a Technology and Security Analyst.
With that kind of training, you might find the the tech job market a bit less competitive. Based on my own experience (I am a programmer by trade), the job market is flooded with programming generalists. Programmers who have a little of this and a little of that can be found just about anywhere. But if you specialize, you can stand out.
